❐ Keep the file: Press the No key.
5. Either:
❐ Erase another file: Press the Yes key and go to step 2.
❐ Finish: Press the Function key.
NOTE: When there are no apropriate files, "
NO FILES
" is displayed.
Printing The Stored Messages
1. Press the Function key and 5,1 using
ten keypad, then press the Yes key.

❐ Scroll through the files on the display: Press the

key until the required file
appears. Then press the Yes key.
❐ If you know the file number, input it directly: Enter the file number, then
press the Yes key.
3. Press the Start key.
Transmission Using The Group Key
1. Either:
❐ Place a document into the feeder.
❐ Press the Quick Dial 10 (Group
Key). Then, enter the group num-
ber. GROUP Y/START

2. Press the Start key.
If You Make a Mistake
If you make a mistake when inputting a name or number, either :
❐ Press the No key to erase the entire name or number and start again.
❐ Press the Clear key to erase the last letter or digit that you entered.
If you enter the wrong function number,
❐ Press the Function key to return to standby mode and start again.
If you dialed the wrong number, either:
❐ Press the No key.
❐ If scanning has already begun, press the Stop key.
❐ If you already programmed the number into the machine by pressing the Yes
key, remove the document from the feeder and start again.
