5. The machine dials, and the line to the
other party is connected.
NOTE: Watch the display. The identification of the other party will
appear. If you have dialed the wrong number, as soon as possible
press the Stop key before you are connected.
6. After sending the message, the machine
hangs up automatically.
Sending to More Than One Location (Broadcasting)
When you are in Memory Transmission, you can send the same message to
many destinations (maximum 10 destinations). After dialing the first destination
(step 3 in the above operation), dial another destination number. After dialing all
destinations, press the Start key.
Canceling a Memory Transmission
If you would like to cancel a transmission after scanning or if your machine‘s
memory is becoming full, please follow this procedure. This is also useful when
you need space for an important job.
1. Press the Function key and 2,1 using
the ten keypad, then press the Yes key.
