Resetting the Password
1.
Log in to the web UI as the Admin user.
If you need to reset the password of the Admin user, you need to reset the
device to restore to the default Admin account. For details, see

User
.
3. On the
User
tab page, move the mouse to a user and click
Set password
.
4. In the displayed window, enter the new password, and confirm the new
password.
The password is case sensitive, ranging from 1 to 32 characters consisting
of A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and special characters _-~!@#$%^&*-+=
5. Click
Yes
.
The new password will take effect immediately.
