Enabling the AP Mode
After the AP mode is enabled, other devices can conveniently set up a network
connection with USB Fusion by connecting to its AP.
1. Log in to the web UI as the Admin user.
2. Choose System > Network .
3. In the Wi-Fi area, click Enable AP .
4. In the Enable AP dialog box, enable the AP mode.
5. To edit AP parameters, click Edit , change the following parameters as
required, and click Apply .
For the first-time enabling, enter and confirm the AP password and
click OK .
The password should consist of 8-63 characters. Supported characters:
A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and _~!@#$%^&*-+=

For subsequent enabling, no password needs to be set and you can
just click Yes .
The Wi-Fi area will change to the AP area and display AP related
parameters.

SSID : AP network name, which is used for identifying the AP when you
connect to it. The default is USB-Fusion_xxxx , where xxxx indicates the
last four digits of device serial number. When the 5G mode is used,
_5G will be postpended to the name. Supported characters include A-
Z, a-z, 0-9, and _-, allowing 1-32 characters.

Country : The default is China. ■
Mode : The default is 2.4G. Both 2.4G and 5G are supported. ■
Channel : The default is 1. The value range changes based on the ■
