The Security section in the Options window contains the following 
options:
•
Show Login on Desktop: Check this box if you want to force a login at 
the start up of Package Track on your Package Track Workstation 
Application.
•
Require Password on Desktop: This selection becomes enabled if you 
check the Show Login on Desktop check box. Check this box to 
require users to also enter their password during a log in to Package 
Track on the Desktop Computer.
•
Require Password on Handheld: Check this box to require the user to 
enter their Package Track password on the handheld.
Note: The user is ALWAYS required to enter/select a username on the 
handheld.
Technical Support Settings
The Technical Support Data Upload Settings section in the Options win-
dow is a technical support tool. If our technical support department is hav-
ing difficulty diagnosing a problem with your system, this feature allows 
you to easily send a copy of your data to our staff. This will aid us in the 
diagnosis of the problem. For more information about IntelliTrack Techni-
cal Support, refer to 
“Technical Support” on page 47
To open the Options window, click Configuration > Options from the 
menu bar.

Click Setup in the Navigation Menu of the main window. The Setup area 
of the main window appears.
Next, click the Options button:
