Technical Support Setting in Package Track
The Package Track application contains a technical support settings
option. If our technical support department is having difficulty diagnosing
a problem with your system, use this setting to send a copy of your data to
our staff. This will aid us in the diagnosis of the problem. For more infor-
mation about sending Package Track data to our technical support depart-
ment, please refer to
“Technical Support Settings” on page 62
