device is supported by IntelliTrack. If you are unable to locate your device
at the Hardware Support Matrix, your device is not currently supported by
IntelliTrack. In this case, you have the option of installing a generic instal-
lation to your device. We offer generic device installers for the supported
device operating systems. This device listing is subject to change, hence,
please check our Hardware Support Matrix for the most current supported
device listing. (The Hardware Support Matrix is available from the Intelli-
Track website. From your Internet browser, go to the IntelliTrack website
. From the Home page, select Support > Hardware
Support Matrix from the menu bar. This takes you to the Hardware Sup-
port Matrix page.)
Once you have determined what kind of installation we offer for your
device (device specific or generic), download the mobile device installer
from the Hardware Support Matrix.
Installing the CE Batch Portable Application
Once you complete the Batch installation prerequisites, including:

Determining your Remote Data Access Setup;
•
Installing IIS;
•
Installing ActiveSync or Windows Device Center Software and estab-
lishing a partnership between your computer and your device;

Installing the IntelliTrack workstation application and configuring IIS
dependencies;

Determining your Device Installation;
you are ready to install the DMS application to the handheld device. Fol-
low the instructions found in
“Installing Package Track on the Handheld
for more information.
