you have enabled password security in the Options form in the work-
station application, the Security Enabled check box is enabled. Mark
the Security Enabled check box to send password security to the hand-
held application.
3. If you want to send all packages in the system to the batch portable
application, leave the default setting All in the Send Packages By
field. Package data that is sent to the handheld device may be limited
by the following parameters:
Note: All list data follows an alphanumeric sort order: symbols, numbers,
letters.
Receive Date: to limit package data by received date, click the drop-
down arrow in the Send Packages By field and select Received Date.
Click the drop-down arrow in the From field to select the beginning
date. Click the drop-down arrow in the To field to select the ending
date.
Package ID: to limit package data by package ID, click the drop-down
arrow in the Send Packages By field and select Package ID. Click the
drop-down arrow in the From field to select the beginning package ID.
Click the drop-down arrow in the To field to select the ending package
ID.
Recipient Name: to limit package data by recipient name, click the
drop-down arrow in the Send Packages By field and select Recipient
Name. Click the drop-down arrow in the From field to select the
beginning recipient. Click the drop-down arrow in the To field to select
the ending recipient.
Recipient Identifier: to limit package data by recipient ID, click the
drop-down arrow in the Send Packages By field and select Recipient
Identifier. Click the drop-down arrow in the From field to select the
beginning Recipient Identifier. Click the drop-down arrow in the To
field to select the ending Recipient Identifier.
Mailroom: to limit package data by mailroom, click the drop-down
arrow in the Send Packages By field and select Mailroom. Click the
drop-down arrow in the From field to select the beginning mailroom.
Click the drop-down arrow in the To field to select the ending mail-
room.
4. If you want to send all recipients in the system to the batch portable
application, leave the default setting All. If you want to limit the recipi-
ents that you send, select the Only Recipients matching Packages fil-
ter option. When you select this option, only the recipients that are tied
to the package records being sent are included in the downloaded data.
