Settings
Use restrictions can be set for user names
that are not registered on the device.

[Registered User Name List].

Configure the settings in [Restricted Items
List].

Memo
• Displayed items differ depending on the
specifications of the device.
• When a user name that does not have an
associated PIN is selected, items other
than [Prohibit Printing] and [Prohibit
Color Printing] cannot be configured.

determining the device user.

It is necessary to install the print job client
software and configure the user ID on the print
