7. Registering and Managing Devices

(1) Create a CSV file using software such as
Notepad, Excel, etc.
(1) Write the IP address of each printer on
one line for each printer.
(2) Save in text format with the extension
“CSV”.

(3) Specify the CSV file created in ( 1 ), and

(1) Add IP addresses to be omitted from the
network search for devices in the entry field
(up to 200 can be added).
Memo
Only unicast IP addresses can be added.
Registering Devices
1 Register a device in [Function Details] >
[Manage] > [Register Device].
2 Specify a connection destination for the
device you are searching for and click
[Specify Search Range]
.
3 Select the search method.

the entry field (up to 200 can be added).
Memo
Either broadcast IP addresses (e.g.
255.255.255.255) or a unicast IP addresses
can be added.
(2) Click [Add].
