Section 3 — VTR Interface
Define Engine the Application will Use
15. Click on Main Menu in the right menu bar to return to the Main menu,
click on Engines in the right menu bar ( Figure 70 ).

16. Click on Add on the lower left corner of the screen. You are prompted
for an IP address. Type the IP address of the Serial Engine you
configured earlier (the default Serial Engine IP address often used is
198.162.0.15) and then press
Enter .
Note This IP address must be the same as the Serial Engine’s. You can check the
front panel display of the Serial Engine for its configured IP address.
17. A prompt will then appear asking for an engine name. Type in VTR
Control 1 (same as the application name) and press Enter .
18. For the Platform, select Device Control Engine (RISC-OS) .
19. Select All Areas under Availability in the lower center part of the screen.
