Loading a file
1. Find the file you want to load using the filter if necessary (see Filtering
on page 122 ) and highlight it.
2. Click the Load button.
Exiting the Filer-Fax
You may exit the Filer-Fax at any time by clicking the Eject icon in the top
right corner of the screen.
Filer-Fax Memory
If you exit the Filer-Fax or switch to another application, some details are
remembered by the Filer-Fax (unless the OUI workstation is switched off):
1. If the List of Categories or the File Maintenance List is displayed, and
the items in the list.
2. If the ALPHA indicator button is selected and an Alpha-Selection button.
3. Whether the FILTER or TAG CATS button is selected.
4. The categories displayed in the filter.
