Effects settings

You can set settings for video and audio mix effects.

1. Touch the

Config

tab, and then touch

Effects

.

2. Set items. For information about the indication meanings and individual panel

functions, see the following table.

(2)

Guard band

The guard band is a function to protect recording data for a scene that
is stored in a highlight, library, or playlist from being overwritten by a
LoopRec operation. Make settings on the File Export screen to transfer
items including their guard band parts with the SEND function. See

"Network settings" on page 91

. If you make a change to this setting, it

applies to new highlights, not highlights already created.

(3)

Save All Highlight
Angles

Turn this on to store recording data for all angles when storing an item
in a highlight. Turn this off if you want to store only the Primary angle.

(4)

Use recycle bin

If you delete a session, any clip that references that session’s record
train is deleted, not matter where it is stored. For example, a clip in the
recycle bin on the Library tab will be deleted when you delete the
session associated with it.
