Entering search criteria
Entering search criteria
You can search highlights, playlists, or library items by entering search criteria.
Search conditions can be set in advance. Any item that matches the criteria is added
to the search result.Toggling the available buttons lets you select various conditions
and boolean operators.
If your K2 Summit Production Clients are on a K2 SAN, you can directly access items
in the shared storage without transferring.
1. In the Search screen, press Shift and touch Criteria .
The Search Criteria screen opens.
(5) Property panel When an item is selected, this panel shows its type and number.
If you touch the panel to enter logging information for the selected
item, the entered information is also displayed in the property panel.
(6) In/Out panel When an item is selected, this panel shows its mark-in and mark-out
point timecodes.
(7) DELETE Deletes the selected item.
OPEN Opens the selected item.
NEW Inside a bin, creates a new search. At bin level, creates a new search
bin.
COPY Copies an item. In the desired destination, touch Paste to copy the
selected item. [Paste is not displayed until Copy has been selected.]
SEND Copies the selected item to the destination that you set in "Network"
on the Config screen. For more information about the settings, see
"Transferring items (SEND function)" on page 60 .
CUT Removes the selected item. Touch Move to move the selected item.
[Move is not displayed until Cut has been selected.]
CRITERIA Lets you add, edit, or remove search criteria. You can designate the
search as session only.
VIEW Toggles the view of the item between the thumbnail and the keyword.
