Chapter 6 Editing a Playlist
Components in the Playlist screen
The Playlist screen is a screen for creating and managing playlists. A clip in a playlist
is called an event. Playlists are managed as clips in a bin and remain saved until the
session is deleted. By default, playlists are saved in PLBin1.
For information about the Playlist screen, see the following table.
To perform functions (indicated by the shaded area in the table) that are displayed at
the top of the menu panels shown at the bottom of the screen, press the
Shift
button,
and then touch the desired menu panel. For more information on how to use the
Shift
button, see
"About Shift button operations" on page 21

Touch this to move to another playlist when there are multiple
playlists.
(2)
Bin number/
Playlist name
Displays the number and name of the bin to which the selected playlist
belongs. Touch this to move one level up in the directory , switching
the playlist to be shown.
(3)
Primary angle
Depending on the selection, displays the playlists with this angle.
Toggle to select other angles or to select all available angles.

Playlist
Displays the individual playlist or playlists in the bin.

Playlist property
panel
Lets you view and modify the following properties of the currently
displayed playlist:
• Name
• All Events speed
• New Event speed
• Target duration
• Mix effect properties
