SUB-MODULE REPLACEMENT - REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS

4.6.1.

General

The main sub-module in the CommVerter main board needs to be replaced during maintenance and
replacement procedures. These units may be heavily damaged as a result of mishandling. Use of
screwdrivers or other unsuitable sharp devices to detach the item can cause broken pins due to
excessive force exerted on the sub-module.

You are required to use the proper tool and operate properly, as described next.
