9.4.8 Get Handle Switch Command
The Get Handle Switch command reads the state of the hot-swap handle of the IPMC.
Overriding of the handle switch state is allowed only if the IPMC operates in manual standalone
mode (for a description refer to
Table 9-26 ).

0x02: The handle switch state is read from hardware.
