Question: Battery level goes down quickly.
Answer: Are you where signal is weak or have been out of service area for a long period?
Calling where signal is weak or being out of service area uses a lot of battery.
Answer: Your phone’s usable time is decreased by frequently using flash or
functions/operations that emit sound, frequently using data communication, etc. with external
devices, increasing the screen brightness, or setting long times for the screen, etc. to remain lit.
Question: Cannot install applications.
Answer: Applications cannot be installed with only a little free space on the phone or SD card.

Answer: Applications not supported by your phone cannot be installed.
Question: Screen dims quickly.
Answer: The screen automatically dims when the phone becomes warm. The screen returns to
its original brightness once the phone cools down.
Question: Cannot unlock screen.
Answer: If your phone freezes or you cannot operate it, you can force your phone to turn off.
Touch and hold the Power key for 8 seconds or more.

Release the Power key once your phone vibrates. Your phone turns off.
Question: Cannot charge/charging takes time.
Answer: Is the micro USB plug on the AC adapter connected firmly to the phone? Remove the
micro USB plug and connect it again.
Answer: Is the AC adapter plugged in firmly to a standard electrical outlet? Unplug the AC
adapter and plug it in again firmly.
Answer: Are you using a non-specified AC adapter? Always use a specified AC adapter. Using
a non-specified AC adapter not only prevents charging, but may also affect the internal battery.
Answer: Is the LED blinking? The internal battery is not being charged. Use a specified AC
adapter to recharge.
Answer: Is the micro USB plug on the AC adapter soiled? Clean the terminals with a clean, dry
swab and recharge again.
