1. From home, touch > Email .
The email inbox opens.
2. Touch the message you want to view.
The email message opens.
Tip: Touch the account name at the top of the screen to switch to a different email account.
3. Touch or > Reply all to reply to the message.
Options when Reviewing Email Messages

Resetting Mail as Unread: Touch the icon on the left side of the read message you want to
unread, and then touch Mark unread .

Deleting Email: Touch the icon on the left side of the message you want to delete, and then
touch Delete .

Syncing Accounts Manually: Sync sent and received email messages manually at any time
regardless of the automatic sync settings. Switch to the account you want to sync and then touch
> Refresh or drag the inbox screen down.

Replying to Email Messages: With an email message open, touch , compose your reply
message, and touch Send .

To reply to all, touch next to , and then touch Reply all, or, from the reply message,
touch Reply and select Reply all.
