3. Choose a messaging app.
The default messaging app is set.
Note: If you choose a default messaging app other than Messaging (for example, Google Hangouts
or Messaging+), you will not be able to use the standard Messaging app unless you restore it as the
default messaging app.
Tethering & Portable Hotspot Settings
Tethering & portable hotspot settings let you complete settings for the tethering and hotspot
features. Tethering settings enable your phone to connect to another device for Internet access via
USB or Bluetooth. Hotspot settings allow your phone to serve as a Wi-Fi hotspot. See

Hotspot and Tethering for more information about Tethering & portable hotspot.
