Rethreading a broken thread
If one of the threads breaks:
Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.
CD Raise the presser foot and pul! the thread chain out to
the back of the presser foot, and cut the chain to
separate each of the threads.
(T) Cut off the tangled threads.
Re-thread the thread which had been broken.
Example: Re-thread the lower looper thread (2).

I Turn the handwheel toward you until the needle bar
comes to its highest position.

E] Pull out the needle threads above the needle plate.
Puil ail threads to back of machine 4" (10 cm ).
Lower presser foot, turn handwheel toward you to chain
off 3 or 4 stitches. Plug in. Resume serging.
