Operation
Dishwasher Tanks and Options:
1. Load -
Soiled ware is sorted and loaded on the conveyor belt.
Wares enter the dishwasher.
2. Prewash Tank -
Soiled wares are flushed to remove large particles and to loosen
heavy food-soils.
3. Wash Tank -
Wares are washed with hot water and detergent.
4. Power Rinse Tank -
Wares are rinsed with hot water to remove detergent and any
remaining food soils.
5. Quad Rinse -
Auxiliary rinse begins the hot water sanitization process then
the final rinse completes the hot water sanitization process.
6. Unload -
Clean wares exit the dishwasher and flash dry on the conveyor belt.
7. Blower Dryer Option -
Hot air is forced over wares to speed drying.
8. Heat Recovery Option - Hot air exhaust is recycled to raise the incoming water temperature
for the final rinse booster reducing energy costs.

Introduction
The flight-type upright conveyor dishwasher consists of a series of wash tanks designed to clean a variety
of soiled ware moving through the tanks on a conveyor belt. Refer to the illustration below for a general
description of the machine.
