After entering the new name accept it by
pressing ENTER key. The last entered
character stops flashing.
After accepting the newly entered name go to setting another parameters of the
drying program.
10.3. Drying mode selection
The moisture analyzer MAX series enables selecting one of four available
drying modes: Standard, Quick, Mild, Step. Each mode is combined with its
corresponding parameters, i.e.: drying temperature and time interval needed to
reach set drying temperature. The selected drying mode should be adequate to
the type of material to be tested. Selecting a drying mode to a sample to be
tested is specified further in this user manual.
Means of selecting a drying mode:
Go to user menu. Use DOWN arrow
navigating key to place the cursor (black
triangle) next to a parameter Profile.
Press RIGHT arrow navigating key to go
to the following window of drying mode
selecting process.
Use moisture analyzer’s keyboard or an
external computer keyboard PS/2 type to
select a drying mode to be used with the
drying program.
After selecting needed drying mode set
other parameters specific for a selected
drying mode – drying temperature and
time intervals in which the drying
temperature should be reached.
In case of the drying mode: Standard set
drying temperature.
