Start−up characteristics
performance
In order to guarantee that the system starts correctly, all
input signals must be stable when the power supply is
switched on (at least 1 s ć depending on the amount of
stored EEPROM data). Only then are the input signals
queried.
*) If there are no errors (ERROR signal = 1) and enabling is
activated for the first time (ENABLE signal = 1), the drive
searches for its commutation point. It will vibrate for a few
seconds and move minimally. The SFC−LACI then reports
readiness to operate (READY signal
> 1).
Homing (input word I1 ... I5 = 0, positive edge at START
input) can then be started.
Other positioning records (I1 ... I5
š 0) cannot be started
(−> error PLEASE ENFORCE HOMING RUN!").
Start the homing run
When the START signal is set (
> 1), confirmation follows via
the ACK signal (
> 0). The MC signal (Motion Complete) is
reset (
> 0); the drive carries out the homing run.
When the START signal is reset (
> 0), confirmation follows
via the ACK signal (
> 1).
Once the homing run is complete, the MC signal is set again
(
> 1).
After that, any number of positioning procedures can be
executed; see Fig. 5/3.
Stopping the homing run
An ongoing homing run, like any positioning record, can be
stopped with a negative edge at the STOP input (
> 0), see
Fig. 5/2. The drive stops the motion with parameterisable
brake ramp. The MC signal (Motion Complete) is set (
> 1),
the READY signal is reset (
> 0).
Fault in the homing run
If an error occurs during the homing run, the drive is
stopped immediately; the MC signal, the READY signal and
the ERROR signal are reset (
> 0). The SFC−LACI reports an
error.
