5.4 Functional test
Warning
There is a danger of injury.
Faults in parametrisation can cause injury to human beings
and damage to property.
· Enable the controller only if the axis system has been
correctly installed and parametrised.
To allow the SFC−LACI to be controlled via the controller
interface, you must deactivate the manual device control:
ć Via the SFC−LACI control panel using the menu command
[HMIĂcontrol] (HMI = off).
ć With the FCT in the Project output" window under Device
control" (FCT control).
In order to check the configuration and axis set−up, first enter
a simple test program or simulate the control by directly setĆ
ting the inputs.
· Please observe the functional description of the controller
interface in section 5.5.1.
· Provide the necessary system inputs on the SFC−LACI.
There must be a 1−signal at the ENABLE and STOP inputs
(enable controller and power output stage).
· Observe also the output signals. Logic 1 is at the READY
output (ready status) if the controller and the output
stage are enabled and no error has been detected.
· Parameterise and start the homing run as well as some
positioning motions.
· Check the positioning behaviour.
