Enabling My Places
1. From the main Settings page, tap Connections tab ➔
Location services.
2. Tap My places to enable the storage of your favorite
locations.
• My places: allows you to add location information for your
Home, Office, and Car.
Activating tagging for applications
You can enable various applications to automatically tag your
current location within newly created files (ex: new picture).
1. From the main Settings page, tap Connections tab ➔
Location.
2. Tap any of the following options to create a check mark
and activate the service:
• Camera: allows the camera to embed your location
information.
• S Note: allows the S Note application to utilize location
information and embed it into newly created files.
• Scrapbook: allows the Scrapbook application to utilize location
information and embed it into newly created files.
• Voice recorder: allows you to add location information to new
voice recordings.
More Networks
This tab displays additional wireless and network
information.
Ⅲ From the Home screen, press and then tap
Settings ➔ (Connections tab) ➔ More
networks.
Default messaging app
With the available of several different messaging applications
available from within the Play Store, it can be difficult to
choose a default messaging application for new outgoing
messages. This feature allows you to select a default
messaging application.
To assign a default messaging application:
1. From the main Settings page, tap Connections tab ➔
More networks.
2. Tap the Default messaging app field and select from a
list of currently available messaging applications.
