Property
Yes indicates that the virtual disk or VDG is defined as a cluster resource. This
setting tunes the SVSP system behavior when the virtual disk is permitted to multiple
hosts (configured as a resource in a cluster application). For a description of

A free text display field. To modify the text that appears here, right-click the VDG
snapshot and select Manage > Edit Comment. You can use this field for any pur-
pose.
Comment
The time at which the VDG snapshot was created.
Creation Time
The user who created the VDG snapshot.
Created By
The time at which the VDG snapshot was last modified.
Modification Time
The user who last modified the VDG snapshot properties.

Viewing VDG snapshot information
You can display detailed information related to each VDG snapshot in the tabs area below the VDG
snapshots list.
To view information related to a VDG snapshot:
In the VDG snapshots list, select a VDG snapshot. The following tabs are displayed:

Properties—Provides general information about the selected VDG snapshot, as described in
.
•
Members—Displays the snapshots that are members of the VDG snapshot.
•
Source PiT—Shows the properties of the PiT from which the selected VDG snapshot was created.
•
PiT—Displays any PiTs created on the VDG snapshot.
•
Host Presentation—Provides information about hosts that have permission to access the selected
VDG snapshot.
•
Data Path Module/VSM—Shows which DPM is the primary DPM for presenting the VDG snapshot
to the host and which DPM is currently active.
•
Security—Shows which permissions are assigned to users and user groups for managing the VDG
snapshot.
•
Hierarchy—Shows the relationship between the selected VDG snapshot and any other PiTs and
VDG snapshots for which the VDG snapshot is the source element.
•
Disabled Operations—Shows which operations you cannot currently perform on the VDG snapshot,
and the reason for each. See the release notes for a current list of disabled operations.
