3. Press BREAK . If you receive a prompt from your command interpreter,
go to Procedure C. If you do not receive a prompt, both processors
controlling your terminal might be down or locked up. Try one or both
of the following:
Wait until you get a prompt (: or 1) and then go to Procedure C.
Go to another terminal and type the STATUS command (STATUS *,
TERM
termname ) at the command interpreter to list the processes
running on your terminal. For example:
6> STATUS *, TERM $SOPHIE
Terminal name
If you find editor processes running on your terminal, go to Step 3 of
Procedure C; otherwise, wait until you get a prompt, then go to
Procedure C.
