Continuation Lines in the
EDIT Program
In EDIT, you create a continuation line (a line longer than 80 characters) by
typing to the end of the screen and then allowing the cursor to wrap to the
next screen line. Figure 6-1 shows two continuation lines: line number 9
continues onto two screen lines, and line number 11 continues onto three
screen lines.
