4.15 SEED HAWK LOUP III AIR DRILL MONITOR OPERATION
The SEED HAWK LOUP III Air Drill Monitor is capable of monitoring and displaying:
‐Ground Speed
‐Up to 2 Fan Sensors
‐2 Motors
‐2 Bin Level Sensors
‐Liquid Flow Meter
‐Hydraulic Pressure
‐Shank Applied Down Pressure
‐Field Area
‐Total Area
The Monitor will sound an alarm to alert the operator if it detects any of the following
conditions:
‐Low Meter Speed
‐Low Bin Levels
‐Loss of Motion
‐Low or High Fan Speed
The Monitor allows the following settings to be changed:
‐Ground Speed pulses per 400 feet and pulses per revolution
‐Low Bin alarm point for 2bins
‐The width of the implement
‐The display units (Imperial/Metric)
‐Low and High alarm points for 2 Fans
‐Pulses per Revolution for Flow Meter
‐Application rate for each meter
These settings, as well as the Field and Total Acres are stored in non‐volatile memory. This
means that the information is retained even when power is disconnected.
