Lubricate Packer Wheel Hubs at location (A),

Grease these points once a week at location (A),

5.7 SEED/FERTILIZER KNIVES
Inspect Seed and Fertilizer Knives, FIGURE 5.8, every 10 hrs or daily for condition and trash
build up. Perform a more thorough inspection every 100 hrs and before each seeding season.
When muddy conditions exist, check for mud build up between the packer tire and the packer
arm at location (A).
