12. Process for Motor Replacement
(2) Brake-equipped Type
For the brake-equipped type, the replacement is done with the whole unit of the motor ass’y equipped with
a brake.
1) Remove the 4 screws (M6) retaining the motor cover
from the motor bracket side.
(Arrowed points shown in the picture on the left and
2 places on the bottom)
The motor ass’y equipped with a brake comes off.
2) Align the positions of the new motor ass’y and the
coupling on the bracket side.
3) Attach in the reversed order.
M6 Tightening Torque : 536N·cm (54.7kgf·cm)
