5. Installation
When mounting the unit in the horizontal orientation using the tapped holes on the back surface, have a
support base as shown in the figure below.

Caution: When mounting the unit with using the datum surface and the back surface, pay attention
so the external force is not applied to the main body. The body or the attachment part on
the back may get damaged.
(7) Tightening bolts
Install the actuator using Unichro hexagon socket head bolts of strength category 10.9 or higher.
