Re-assembly:
• Insert the rope into the rope anchorage
!
Make sure the rope enters the anchorage in the correct direction. See section: “Rope
Anchorage, Service” for details
• Insert the wedge into the rope anchorage, making sure that a length of at least six times the rope
diameter protrudes from the anchorage.
• Pull the rope firmly into the rope anchorage, so that the shaft easily fits into the suspension hole.
• Place the rope anchorage into the overload device and insert the shaft with the washers.

It is important that the rope anchorage is correctly mounted in the overload device. See the
below table for details:

• Assemble the rope clamps on the protruding end of the rope and insert the split-pin. Bend the split-pin
open.

Insert NEW cotter pin, DO NOT reuse a removed cotter pin.
