Step by Step
The phone is now ready to dial with this function key in
the programmed level.
If you want to program another key (or key level of the
same key), you can select the level again.
Using Function Keys
You can call the programmed functions depending on
the current status of the telephone. The corresponding
display appears after a function key has been pressed.
Example 1: Activating the Notebook function
Prerequisite: The Idle menu or an active call is dis-
played.
Press the "Notebook" function key.
o: Enter the number to be stored and confirm
or
: Confirm.
Storage of the number is confirmed with "Entry stored" .
Example 2: Switching off the ringer for incoming
calls on the telephone
Press the "Ringer off" function key.
The "Ringer off" LED lights up.
The ringer is deactivated. In the event of an incoming
call, the LED blinks instead.
