If you are adding a new drive, first remove the four screws securing the plastic
retention device into the drive carrier, then remove the plastic retention device from
the drive carrier.

Line up the screw holes in the new drive with the holes in the side of the drive carrier,
then secure the drive to the carrier with the four screws you removed in
Step 4 .
