Removing and installing the center brace
To install the processor air baffle:
1
Follow the instructions in
“Preventing static electricity discharge” on page 65
.

Place the processor air baffle in the chassis.

Follow the instructions in
“Closing the server case” on page 72
Removing and installing the center brace
The center brace must be removed to:
■
Remove or install a processor core VRM
■
Remove or install the system board
■
Remove or install the SCSI hot-swap backplane
