ODES
A Layer Mode determines the actions that affect the channels in the currently selected layer. A layer mode functions very similarly in
all layers, but since each mixer layer addresses a particular kind of channel, there are necessarily some differences in the view and
functionality. Ten buttons select among the layer modes, each of which has its own display.
Input : Select input source. Control preamp and digital trim.
Channel: View and control details of a selected
channel without leaving the Mixer window.
Rack: Insert up to eight plugins per channel. Plugins can be
inserted on any layer, including mains, cue, and talkback.
Route: Assign all input and output patching, as
well as internal routing.
Dyn/EQ: View and control dynamics and EQ plugins as
assigned in the Channel window.
Duga n Speech: Control automix behavior. Click
on the Mode arrow to access this button.
AUX: View and control 8 AUX/EFX, 8 AUX/MON channels, or
all 16 Aux channels at once.
