in the Record Count field along the top of the screen.
Purging Data Data transferred to the handheld application or collected via the handheld
application may be purged in two ways:
• Automatically during the data upload process by setting the Purge
data on upload option in the Configuration screen. (For more informa-
tion about this option, please refer to
“Purging Data on Upload” on
page 151 .)
• Manually by selecting the Purge Data option from the Purge menu.
Manually Purging the Handheld Application Data
To manually purge the handheld application data, please refer to the steps
that follow.
1. To manually purge the data, select Options > Purge Data.
A dialog box appears, asking you if you want to erase all of the pack-
ages, recipients, and signatures data on this device.
