The Package ID is not editable.
•
To edit the Tracking No., select the current tracking number, and re-
enter or edit it.
•
To edit the Recipient, Package Type, Location, Carrier, Mailroom,
Received By, or Delivered By values, click in the desired value’s field,
and select a new entry from the drop-down menu that appears.
•
To edit the Received Date and the Delivered Date, click in the date
value, and select a new date from the calendar that appears.
•
The Delivery Status field may not be edited, however, this information
will update to reflect the current delivery status of the package.
•
You are not able to edit a Recipient Signature. If a signature is stored
in the application, however, this field will display

You are able to view any comments entered into the system about this
package as well as edit or add a comment from the Comment field.
•
The application automatically updates the Last Updated field with the
last date and time that this package information was updated.

Adding a Package
You are able to add a package from the Package Maintenance window in
two ways:
1.
Click the Add button at the bottom of the window. The package is
added in the left pane of the window, under Unknown Recipient. Once
the package is added, you are able to update and modify the package
(see
“Editing the Package Values” on page 135
).
2.
Click the Search button at the top of the window. Enter or scan the
package tracking number (using a keyboard wedge scanner) into the
drop-down
menu becomes
activated when
you click on the
package value
in the edit mode
