The Archive window appears:
2. The Archive window contains a Recipients section and a Packages
section.
In the Recipients section of this window, you have the option to not
archive recipients, or to archive recipients.
If you do not want to archive recipients, select the Do Not Archive
option button. (This is the default option.)
If you want to archive recipients, you are able to do so in the Archive
Recipients who have not received a package portion of the Recipi-
ents section of this window. When you archive recipients, you have
two options: to archive recipients who have not received a package
within a certain time frame, or to archive recipients who have not
received a package since a specified date.
