4.12.2 Acyclic Write Mailbox
Function Block: ACCWRITE
Trigger Register: AcWrite
Description: The ACCWRITE function block is used to perform an Acyclic Write
request to a PROFIBUS slave device. The input pins SlvAdIn (PROFIBUS slave
address), SlotIn (slot number), IndexIn (index number), and LngthIn (length -
number of bytes associated to acyclic read operation) must be configured before
triggering the mailbox request. The actual data to be written to the PROFIBUS
slave should be associated to the WrtData input pin. The status information is
available at the output pins (ErrCode, ErrDecode, ExtFault, and FaultInf).
