alarm (A.320) occurs. If the warning is ignored and
operation continues, a regenerative overload alarm
may occur.
Mechatrolink 4303 0930 This warning occurs when the absolute encoder battery
voltage is lowered. Continuing the operation in this
status may cause an alarm.
Mechatrolink 4303 0941 The change of the parameters can be validated only
after turning the power ON from OFF.
Mechatrolink 4303 094A Incorrect command parameter number was set.
Mechatrolink 4303 094B Command input data is out of range.
