z A new entry cannot be created if its parameters are identical with the corresponding parameters of
an existing entry Refer to Table 1-1 for the parameters to be compared for different entries.
z The system limits the total number of each type of entries (Refer to Table 1-1 for the detailed
numbers). When the total number of an entry reaches the maximum number of entries that can be
created, the creation fails.
