Submenu 3 must be set up as follows:

AutoPump Select

Device Type

6 for Tokheim DPT (for v2.0B and above),
1 (for v2.0 or v2.0a)

Rep Pump #

Designates the pump # of the DPT/Insight

The DPT CPU must be addressed to match how it is configured in

READER.BIN

. Keep this in

mind especially if the site is also using stand-alone receipt printers. For example, if the address
set in

READER.BIN

is 4 then the DPT CPU must also be set with an address of 4.

PUMP.BIN

The

PUMP.BIN

configuration program must be configured to indicate the type of Tokheim

pumps being used.

Do not use Option 12 with Tokheim blenders.

Option 16 must be included for the pump type if the pump/dispenser is a PRE-

MIER. (Only v2.0 and above supports PREMIERS)

Option 18 in the pump type lets the offhook beep inside before the payment type is

selected (PAYINSIDE/PAY OUTSIDE).

Option 19 should be added to the pump type if the pump has grade select buttons.

In submenu #2 (PCUs) of the

PUMP.BIN

program, there is only one slot assigned to each

Tokheim PCU. For Tokheim pumps, you will be required to assign each pump as its own PCU.
So if a site had two TCS units with three hose outlets on each side, this would be the equivalent
of 4 pumps. The assignments will look like this:

Tokheim PCU 1 1:1

Tokheim PCU 3 1:3

Tokheim PCU 2 1:2

Tokheim PCU 4 1:4

In submenu #3, the pump types should have the following options, the last 4 are not in the
default configuration:
