Device SCSI Channel Problems
Not all drives connected to the device channels are displayed during boot, or the
RAID Controller Module hangs during display of connected drives and never
reaches the Administrator Utility screen.
Check the InfoStation to make sure it is properly configured for use with the RAID Controller
Module . Check to make sure all the InfoStation drive carriers are properly installed. Check
termination and ID assignment. Or, try reducing the maximum drive channel speed. If there
are drives that are not Ultra160 capable, try setting the bus speed to 80MB/sec.
NOTE:
Check the controller termination settings for all channels.
