Calibration
9.1 How to Calibrate the Analog Input Modules ?
What do you need to do calibration ?
1.
One 5 1/2 digit multimeter.
2. A voltage calibrator or very stable and noise free DC
voltage generator.
3. A precision resistance decade box or discrete resistors.
4. NuDAM Administration Utility.
Calibration Procedure for ND-6017
1. Select the correct input range, different input range have
different apply calibration voltage.
2. Apply the correct offset voltage to the analog input
module, detail voltage value, see table 9-2.
3. Send “Offset Calibration $(Addr)1” to analog input
module five times.
4. Apply the correct span voltage to the analog input module,
detail voltage value, see table 9-2.
5. Send “Span Calibration $(Addr)0” to analog input module
five times.
6. Repeat procedure 2 to procedure 5 two times.
