S.2.12 High andlx)w Limit Alarms
The high and Jow Ihnil alarms can be sci to output an alarm signal when the flow rate ex
ceeds the high or low limit set value. When this alarm occurs, a H, ALARM or L. /VLARM
message appears. This high and low limit alarm function can each be enabled or disabled in
this item, J’he high and low limit vabes can be set from -1U% to 110% of the span of the
range (Range
1) in increments of 0.5%,
Proceed as follows to check or change the Jiigli and low limit values.
To check the high and low limit values:
