u Air purge the system.

Tasks
u Open the service door of the pump module.
u Remove both fittings (1) on the outlet of the pump.
• The tubes can now be lifted off the valve inserts (2).
• Wrench 3/8"
u Disconnect both tubes (3) on the inlet of the pump.
u Remove the check valve inserts (2).
• Wrench 17 mm
u Remove the check valve from the check valve insert.
7.3.5.2 Check valve, installation
u Place the check valve (2) in the check valve insert (1).
u Make sure the check valve arrow shows always towards the solvent flow
direction.
NOTE
Make sure the check valve is correctly installed, otherwise the pump will not
work properly.
