Select the injection mode (equilibration and valve injection).
u
After start of the method the liquid sample will be injected to the column.
6.7 Automatic method TLC, setup
u
Press the file management button on the main screen.
u
Select Create and press Continue.
u
Select Create an Automatic Method (TLC) and press Continue.
u
Type the name of the sample into the field (1).
u
According to the amount of noticeable spots on the plate, press + (2) to
add new spot positions (3).
u
Press Continue.
